• Showcase the latest or spotlighted products to attract customer interest.
• Share information on the sales, promotions, and special deals that are currently happening.
• Present customers with suitable upsell options to enrich their shopping experience and maximize sales potential.
• Address customer inquiries by providing insights into the products or services offered.
• Ensure shelves and racks are stocked to capacity and arranged neatly.
• Enhance the operational efficiency of handling product returns and exchanges.
• Collaborate effectively with your team to provide customers with outstanding service.

Qualifications and Experience of Salesperson:

• Having a high school diploma or its equivalence is mandatory.
• Possessing a bachelor’s degree in marketing or a relevant area is advantageous.
• Background in retail sales or a related customer service field is recommended.
• Familiarity with the principles of visual merchandising can be useful.
• Capability to inventory, arrange, and sustain product demonstrations.
• Excellent interpersonal communication capabilities.
