Job Duties and Responsibilities of Retail Sales Manager:

- Administer inventory control, asset supervision, and safety guidelines.
- Foster a clean and structured atmosphere throughout the store, including the sales space, storage rooms, and vehicles for deliveries.
- Enforce marketing programs within the company to boost operational effectiveness.
- Cultivate strong customer coections while enhancing interactions within the store and over the phone.
Qualifications and Experience of Retail Sales Manager:
- An equivalent to a high school diploma is required, with technical or trade school education being preferred.
- Preferential consideration will be given to individuals with experience in the automotive aftermarket, retail, or service domain.
- Commitment to exceeding expectations in customer service and building lasting relationships.
- Capability to excel in a swiftly changing and energetic setting.
- Familiarity with cataloging and inventory management systems is advantageous.
- Can lift weights up to 60 pounds when the situation calls for it.
- Expertise in automotive, heavy equipment, farming machinery, diesel systems, marine services, or dealership operations.
- Proficient in different sectors including parts stores, auctions, retail environments, automotive repair shops, and food service management.
- ASE certifications.
- Strong customer-first approach.
