You'll help maintain a welcoming, professional store environment while ensuring excellence in performance, guest engagement, and daily operations.

Job Duties and Responsibilities of Specialty Beauty Advisor:

• Engage with guests to recommend Lancôme products and deliver personalized experiences.
• Achieve individual and store sales goals, including brand specific targets and loyalty program participation.
• Perform skincare consultations, makeup applications, and product demonstrations.
• Build lasting relationships with clients through clienteling, follow-ups, and informed service.
• Support in-store events and execute services that drive guest satisfaction and brand growth.
• Uphold cleanliness and presentation standards of the Lancôme area and all assigned zones.
• Participate in visual merchandising resets, planograms, and marketing displays.
• Collaborate with team members to foster a positive, inclusive store culture.

Qualifications and Experience of Specialty Beauty Advisor:

• High school diploma preferred; cosmetology or demonstrator license required where applicable.
• Cosmetic artistry or retail beauty experience preferred.
• Strong ability to build client rapport and provide customized product solutions.
• Excellent communication, time management, and team collaboration skills.
• Proficient in multitasking in a fast-paced retail setting.

Salary:

$20.00 - $30.00 per hour.
