Job Summary of Food Prep Specialist:
By partnering with the new store opening program committee and regional teams, you will lead and bolster the progression of our upcoming store openings. This position entails pinpointing prospects, executing superior approaches, and supervising both schedules and assets alongside the Director, New Store Opening to secure prosperous store debuts.
Job Duties and Responsibilities of Food Prep Specialist:
- Lead or be part of the launch of new store outlets across the organization, utilizing the new store opening program committee and regional teams to ensure successful store openings.
- Discover potential avenues for growth, monitor the return on investments, and execute best practices from the inception to the conclusion, in coordination with the New Store Opening Director.
- Coordinate the certification of teams tasked with opening new stores in different regions, aid the Director in assigning team responsibilities, and uphold stringent operational standards.
- Collaborate on strategic planning tasks to align the goals and strategies of the New Store Opening Department.
- Offer operational support and expertise as a committee representative for the New Store Opening Program.
- Make it a priority to have the Department for the Opening of New Stores deliver timely and effective support to the program committee and Operations, addressing inquiries promptly.
Qualifications and Experience of Food Prep Specialist:
- A Bachelor's degree or an equal amount of experience is needed.
- Applicants with prior exposure to operations management or who have successfully passed all GO 100 courses will be prioritized; candidates who have transitioned from Operations at ACO/Level 1 will be looked upon favorably.
- A track record of five years in a related field, showcasing a steady progression in managerial roles.
- It is necessary to possess a valid Food Handler’s Card within 30 days of being hired.
- Completion of the yearly store training is required upon being employed.

Salary:
- An annual income of between $112,500 and $158,000 can be expected, with the exact amount contingent on one's level of experience.
