Job Duties and Responsibilities of Service Team Leader:

• Cultivate and manage a lively and welcoming vibe for guests throughout the designated shift hours.
• Aid in managing daily store operations and guiding team members towards meeting performance objectives.
• Assist in the cooking and preparation of Panda's menu items, maintaining quality and consistency.
• Fine-tune your personal skills and provide mentorship to others, aiming to cultivate a team environment that is both encouraging and efficient.
• Encourage the consistent application of safety, cleanliness, and food handling standards across all shifts.

Qualifications and Experience of Service Team Leader:

• Beneficial to have acquired a degree of high school education.
• While experience in operations or food service is beneficial, it is not a strict requirement.
• Following the local guidelines on food safety, which may require obtaining a Food Handler credential that the individual must pay for.
• Proficiency in performing well in a fast-paced, physically challenging setting that entails extended periods of standing and the capability to lift objects weighing up to 50 lbs.
• Proficient communication skills and the flexibility to adapt to evolving priorities while skillfully mitigating conflicts.
