Job Summary of Restaurant Kitchen Staff:

You will leads and supports our wide new store openings by collaborating with the new store opening program committee and regional teams. This role identifies opportunities, implements best practices, and manages timelines and resources in partnership with the Director, New Store Opening to ensure successful store launches.

Job Duties and Responsibilities of Restaurant Kitchen Staff:

• Organize or participate in the commencement of new retail stores company-wide, leveraging the new store opening initiative committee and regional groups for successful unveilings.
• Discover potential avenues for growth, monitor the return on investments, and execute best practices from the inception to the conclusion, in coordination with the New Store Opening Director.
• Support the Director in overseeing the certification process for regional teams involved in opening new stores, assist in assigning team tasks, and maintain high operational excellence.
• Contribute to the strategic planning efforts to drive growth and success for the New Store Opening Department.
• Act as an operational specialist representing Operations on the New Store Opening Program Committee.
• Ensure that the New Store Opening Department offers prompt and effective support to the program committee and Operations, addressing inquiries in a timely manner.

Qualifications and Experience of Restaurant Kitchen Staff:

• Attainment of a Bachelor's degree or related experience is required.
• Candidates are preferred if they have relevant experience in operations management or have fulfilled all GO 100 courses; those who have moved from Operations at ACO/Level 1 are highly sought after.
• Minimum education required is a Bachelor’s degree with a focus in a related field.
• Having a valid Food Handler’s Card within the first month of being employed is compulsory.
• Successful candidates will be required to fulfill the store's annual training requirements.

Salary:

• Experience plays a significant role in determining the annual salary, which can be between $112,500 and $158,000.
