Job Summary

This is a full-time, entry to mid-level sales role focused on promoting internet, TV, and wireless services. The position offers base hourly pay with the opportunity to earn commissions and incentives. Successful individuals in this role demonstrate strong communication skills, digital fluency, and a competitive drive to meet or exceed sales targets.

Responsibilities

  • Achieve or surpass monthly sales goals, particularly in wireless services
  • Provide an excellent in-store customer experience through product knowledge and engagement
  • Conduct product demonstrations to educate customers
  • Maintain up-to-date expertise on all service offerings and competitors’ products
  • Collaborate with team members in a fast-paced retail environment

Qualifications and Experience

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 1–5 years of sales experience preferred
  • Experience in retail, wireless, or commissioned sales beneficial
  • Strong knowledge of current technology and devices is advantageous
  • Valid driver's license preferred
