Job Summary of Associate Manager:

Ulta Beauty is seeking an innovative and detail oriented individual to support its internal media strategy. This role focuses on managing and optimizing paid digital and social campaigns to drive personalization, customer acquisition, and return on investment. With a blend of strategy, creativity, and analytics, this position plays a critical role in enhancing the guest experience through data-driven performance marketing initiatives.

Job Duties and Responsibilities of Associate Manager:

• Manage paid media campaigns with emphasis on programmatic and social platforms.
• Partner with media agencies to monitor performance and implement optimization strategies.
• Analyze campaign data, report KPIs, and provide insights to drive measurable improvements.
• Develop and execute testing strategies, focusing on Dynamic Creative Optimization (DCO).
• Collaborate with teams across personalization, creative, integrated marketing, analytics, and agencies.
• Manage and track media budgets to ensure efficient spend and maximum ROI.
• Stay current on industry trends and share performance marketing best practices.
• Support process improvements and promote the use of tools for streamlined collaboration.

Qualifications and Experience of Associate Manager:

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, media, business, or a related field.
• 5–7 years of experience in performance media, digital marketing, or retail media strategy.
• Proven experience in DCO, personalization, testing, analytics, and data strategy.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to turn insights into business action.
• Exceptional project management, time management, and organizational skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, cross-functional, matrixed environment.
• Skilled in motivating internal and external partners toward shared goals.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

Salary:

Pay range is $77,600.00 – $103,000.00 per year.
