Job Summary of Senior Product Manager:

This role is responsible for defining and executing product vision, strategy, and roadmaps in collaboration with business and technology leaders. The position involves managing feature development, prioritizing initiatives, overseeing Agile processes, and ensuring alignment across cross-functional teams.

Job Duties and Responsibilities of Senior Product Manager:

• Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap in partnership with business and technology leadership.
• Oversee feature development, ensuring alignment across teams and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to prioritize initiatives with the highest business impact.
• Manage product value, usability, feasibility, and associated business risks.
• Ensure clarity in product artifacts, requirements, and acceptance criteria.
• Lead Agile ceremonies, customer journey mapping, and end-to-end product lifecycle management.

Qualifications and Experience of Senior Product Manager:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Product Manager, Product Owner, Business Analyst, or in a similar role.
• Strong technical acumen with the ability to engage in solution-driven discussions.
• Experience in the wireless industry.
• Proven analytical, problem-solving, and self-motivation skills.
• Excellent organizational, facilitation, and communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate across distributed teams and manage shifting priorities.
• Proficiency in Agile methodologies, Rally, and CI/CD environments.

Salary:

• Compensation range: $96,250 - $125,000 per year.
