Qualifications and Experience of Assistant Retail Manager:

• Prior experience in the automotive aftermarket, retail, or service sector is advantageous.

• Capacity to thrive in a quick-moving and ever-changing setting.
• Understanding cataloging or inventory management systems is essential.
• Capable of carrying weights of up to 60 pounds when required.
• Experience in automotive, heavy machinery, agricultural, diesel engine, maritime, or retail sectors.
• Background in various industries such as auto parts shops, auctions, retail stores, auto repair shops, or restaurant management.
• ASE certifications.
• Strong customer-first approach.
