Job Duties and Responsibilities of Retail Store Manager:

• Attract, hire, train, and retain top talent, including leadership team members.
• Coach and develop associates to improve performance, selling behaviors, and customer engagement.
• Lead with fairness and accountability while driving individual and team performance.
• Establish clear expectations and hold the team accountable for results.
• Engage customers to build loyalty through excellent service and capturing contact information.
• Manage staffing levels and ensure effective sales floor coverage.
• Execute visual merchandising strategies that reflect the product story and brand identity.
• Deliver emotionally engaging customer experiences aligned with company selling strategies.
• Partner with leadership to support operational plans and optimize results.
• Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, asset protection, and safety standards.

Qualifications and Experience of Retail Store Manager:

• Proven ability to deliver exceptional customer experiences in a retail environment.
• Minimum of 2 years leading teams in a fast-paced, sales-driven environment.
• Demonstrated ability to attract, develop, and retain diverse teams.
• High school diploma or GED required.
