You'll help guests find their perfect products and provide outstanding service during a high energy retail season.

Job Duties and Responsibilities of Seasonal Beauty Advisor:

• Engage guests to understand their needs and provide personalized product recommendations.
• Support cashier operations, returns, exchanges, and online order assistance.
• Perform makeup applications, skincare consultations, and product demonstrations.
• Promote loyalty programs and app usage while informing guests of promotions.
• Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including displays and tester stations.
• Replenish merchandise, assist with inventory, and execute marketing displays.
• Collaborate with store associates and contribute to team goals.

Qualifications and Experience of Seasonal Beauty Advisor:

• High school diploma preferred.
• 1 year of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Comfortable using technology such as POS systems and mobile devices.
• Ability to troubleshoot, multitask, and work both independently and as part of a team.

Salary:

$17.00 - $24.50 per hour.
