Qualifications and Experience of Shift Supervisor:

• Preferable to have completed some secondary education.
• Prior background in operations or the food industry can be beneficial, although it is not mandatory.
• Meeting the necessary local regulations for food safety, such as acquiring a Food Handler permit with the cost covered by the individual.
• Capable of functioning in a high-speed, physically strenuous setting that involves extended periods of standing and handling weights of up to 50 lbs.
• Proficient communication abilities and the capacity to adjust to shifting priorities while efficiently handling conflicts.
