Job Duties and Responsibilities of Shift Operations Lead:
- Cultivate and uphold a lively and welcoming environment for patrons through the entirety of your shift.
- Help manage the day-to-day store operations and inspire team members to meet performance benchmarks.
- Participate in the cooking and assembling of Panda's menu offerings, aiming for consistent quality.
- Develop personal proficiencies and guide peers to create an atmosphere that is both positive and conducive to productivity within the team.
- Encourage the consistent application of safety, cleanliness, and food handling standards across all shifts.
Qualifications and Experience of Shift Operations Lead:
- Some level of high school education is considered desirable.
- Experience in operations or food service is beneficial, but it is not a mandatory requirement.
- Complying with the local food safety rules, which may entail securing a Food Handler certification that the individual must pay for.
- Skill in performing efficiently in a rapid-paced, physically demanding environment that requires prolonged periods of standing and the ability to lift objects weighing up to 50 lbs.
- Effective communication skills and the flexibility to accommodate evolving priorities and adeptly navigate conflicts.
