Job Summary of Retail Store Associate:

Job Duties and Responsibilities of Retail Store Associate:

• Engage in friendly exchanges with visitors to promote a welcoming and upbeat environment.
• Assess the needs of clients and recommend suitable products for health and wellness purposes.
• Attain personal and retail sales milestones by boosting product familiarity.
• Accomplish digital orders correctly and promptly.
• Keep up the store’s appearance by restocking inventory and managing the visual display of products.
• Provide support for the store’s day-to-day operations, including tasks related to opening and closing procedures and cash management.
• Be well-informed about nutritional innovations and product facts to provide effective customer guidance.

Qualifications and Experience of Retail Store Associate:

• The age requirement is set at 18 years.
• Skill to stand or walk for as long as 8 hours within a single day.
• Ability to occasionally handle objects weighing up to 40 pounds and push/pull loads of up to 20 pounds.
• Able to work varying shifts, including mornings, nights, weekends, and celebrated U.S. holidays.
• Exceptional aptitude in relating to others and exchanging ideas.
• Competence in being self-reliant and participating effectively in a team environment.
