Job Summary of Retail Sales Support:
The primary duties of this part-time role include providing personalized customer experiences, recommending wellness products, and assisting with store operations. Team members have a key role in fostering a high-performing, inclusive environment that upholds GNC’s Live Well mission.
Job Duties and Responsibilities of Retail Sales Support:
- Engage in friendly interactions with clients to establish a welcoming and amicable environment.
- Review customer requirements and recommend appropriate health and wellness items.
- Attain individual and store sales objectives by enhancing product promotion.
- Carry out online transactions with accuracy and efficiency.
- Enhance the store’s visual appeal by restocking products and arranging displays effectively.
- Help maintain the daily operations of the store by managing opening and closing processes and overseeing cash transactions.
- Keep abreast of nutritional trends and product knowledge to assist customers competently.
Qualifications and Experience of Retail Sales Support:
- Participants must have attained the age of 18.
- Aptitude to stand or walk for a span of up to 8 hours a day.
- Must be able to lift weights of up to 40 pounds periodically and push or pull objects of 20 pounds.
- Willing to accommodate shifts that include mornings, evenings, weekends, and key American holidays.
- Advanced proficiency in relating to others and expressing messages.
- Competency in working independently and collaboratively with colleagues.
