Job Duties and Responsibilities of Team Leader:

• Handle the supervision of store operations, which includes managing employees, scheduling tasks, and controlling inventory.
• Train and develop team members to ensure a reliable delivery of high-quality food and service.
• Maintain consistency with regulations pertaining to food safety, sanitation, and organizational procedures.
• Achieve growth in sales figures and effectively manage store profitability by implementing successful business approaches.
• Cultivate a friendly ambiance that reflects Panda Express's goal of ensuring guest satisfaction.
• Successfully attend and complete the mandatory training sessions while actively participating in ongoing development opportunities.

Qualifications and Experience of Team Leader:

• Possession of a high school diploma or its comparable substitute is essential.
• Ability to work weekends and be located within a 50-mile radius of the store, highlighting a flexible schedule.
• Applicants are expected to have achieved Serve Safe certification or a similar food safety qualification.
• Illustrating exceptional leadership and communication skills crucial for overseeing quick-moving environments.
• Capability to adapt to shifting priorities and resolve conflicts with finesse.
