Job Summary of Account Manager:

You will manage enterprise-level client relationships, supporting some of the most recognized brands across Canada. This role focuses on strategic account management, solution delivery, and driving customer satisfaction through exceptional service and collaboration.

Job Duties and Responsibilities of Account Manager:

• Manage and grow enterprise-level accounts by marketing and selling SPP products and services.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and successful delivery of Staples commitments.
• Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams to build effective branded merchandise solutions.
• Achieve team sales and profitability goals while identifying growth opportunities within accounts.
• Develop and execute strategic business plans and regular account reviews for customers.

Qualifications and Experience of Account Manager:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales and/or customer service.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
• Excellent organizational abilities with a focus on managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Ability to travel within Canada to meet with customers.
• Preferred: Experience in the promotional merchandise industry.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs including Excel, Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint.
