Job Summary of Server:

This role focuses on delivering an exceptional dining experience by providing courteous and efficient service to guests. The position requires strong communication skills, teamwork, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Job Duties and Responsibilities of Server:

• Greet guests warmly and provide attentive service throughout their visit.
• Take orders accurately and efficiently while making menu recommendations.
• Serve food and beverages promptly, ensuring adherence to service standards.
• Follow responsible alcohol service guidelines.
• Process payments, accurately handle transactions, and provide correct change.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the dining area, including clearing and resetting tables.
• Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth restaurant operations.

Qualifications and Experience of Server:

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Ability to stand for the duration of the shift.
• Preferred: Comfortable lifting up to 30 lbs.
