Job Summary of Food Service Prep:
You will leads and supports our wide new store openings by collaborating with the new store opening program committee and regional teams. This role identifies opportunities, implements best practices, and manages timelines and resources in partnership with the Director, New Store Opening to ensure successful store launches.
Job Duties and Responsibilities of Food Service Prep:
- Spearhead or participate in the grand opening of novel retail stores across the enterprise, utilizing the new store launch task force and regional teams for prosperous inaugurals.
- Spot opportunities for development, evaluate the ROI, and apply best practices from the beginning to the end, in collaboration with the New Store Opening Director.
- Coordinate the certification of regional new store opening teams, assist the Director with team assignments, and uphold high operational standards.
- Contribute to the New Store Opening Department's strategic planning process to ensure alignment with overall business objectives.
- Offer operational support and expertise as a committee representative for the New Store Opening Program.
- It is essential to guarantee that the New Store Opening Department provides timely and effective support to both the program committee and Operations, promptly addressing any inquiries they may have.
Qualifications and Experience of Food Service Prep:
- Achievement of a Bachelor's degree or a comparable level of experience is a prerequisite.
- Those with a background in operations management or who have successfully completed all GO 100 courses will be favored; applicants who have transferred from Operations at ACO/Level 1 will be preferentially considered.
- A Bachelor's degree focused on a related field is the required educational background.
- It is mandatory to obtain a valid Food Handler’s Card within 30 days of beginning employment.
- Adequate completion of the annual store training is essential for all incoming employees.

Salary:
- Within the salary range of $112,500 to $158,000 per year, the exact amount is decided by the level of experience.
