Qualifications and Experience of Retail Team Leader:

• Candidates should have a high school diploma or GED, with a college degree being the ideal educational background.
• Preference will be given to individuals with a minimum of 2 years of experience in retail management.
• Displaying adept leadership, communication, and interpersonal proficiencies.
• Experienced in anticipating sales patterns, controlling inventory, and cultivating staff progression.
