Senior Supply Chain Operations Analyst
Job Summary of Senior Supply Chain Operations Analyst:
You will leads the implementation and governance of systems, processes, training, and document management to enhance departmental efficiency and effectiveness. This role ensures data accuracy by partnering with supply chain subfunctions and supports data driven decision making with the Business Analytics team to drive Panda's strategic growth.
Job Duties and Responsibilities of Senior Supply Chain Operations Analyst:
- Develop, configure, and govern the Supply Chain Document Library solution.
- Establish and implement the Supply Chain contract repository process; govern and monitor its adoption.
- Collaborate with all Supply Chain functional teams to understand business processes such as pricing and item setup, and configure self-service processes within systems.
- Enhance system integration to reduce manual intervention.
- Set up and maintain key Panda systems as part of centralized system administration.
- Provide regular training on Supply Chain systems, reports, and dashboards developed by Business Analytics.
- Act as a knowledge transfer ambassador to empower Supply Chain teams with tools and systems.
- Establish data governance mechanisms, create data standards, monitor processes, and propose action plans to ensure data quality.
- Continuously improve Supply Chain operations and fundamental processes to increase efficiency.
- Support other ad-hoc system and process initiatives as needed.
Qualifications and Experience of Senior Supply Chain Operations Analyst:
- Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience.
- Minimum five years of experience in Supply Chain Management, preferably within a multi-unit food service organization.
- Successful completion of initial and ongoing required trainings.
- Valid Food Handler's Card required within 30 days of employment.
- Completion of annual store training if hired.

Salary:
Annual salary range: $80,000 to $126,500, based on experience.
