• Carry out the supervision of store operations in its entirety, comprising staffing, scheduling, and inventory control.

Qualifications and Experience of Store Leader:

• Flexibility in availability, including weekend work and the ability to commute within a 50-mile radius of the store.
• The successful completion of Serve Safe certification or a comparable food safety training is a prerequisite.
• Illustrating adept leadership and communication skills crucial for efficiently managing high-speed settings.
• Proficiency in managing shifting priorities and adeptly resolving conflicts.
