Job Summary of New Store Opening (NSO) Manager :
You will leads and supports our wide new store openings by collaborating with the new store opening program committee and regional teams. This role identifies opportunities, implements best practices, and manages timelines and resources in partnership with the Director, New Store Opening to ensure successful store launches.
Job Duties and Responsibilities of New Store Opening (NSO) Manager :
- Lead or participate in new store openings across the company, utilizing the new store opening program committee and regional teams to achieve successful launches.
- Identify opportunities, monitor return on investment, and implement best practices from initiation through completion, consulting with the Director, New Store Opening.
- Coordinate certification of regional new store opening teams, assist the Director in team assignments, and ensure high operational standards are maintained.
- Contribute to strategic planning efforts for the New Store Opening Department.
- Act as an operational consultant representing Operations on the New Store Opening Program Committee.
- Ensure the New Store Opening Department provides timely and effective support to the program committee and Operations, addressing inquiries promptly.
Qualifications and Experience of New Store Opening (NSO) Manager :
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
- Operations management experience or completion of all GO 100 courses; transfer from Operations at ACO/Level 1 preferred.
- Minimum five years of relevant experience with progressively increasing managerial responsibility.
- Valid Food Handler’s Card required within 30 days of employment.
- Completion of annual store training if hired.

Salary:
- $112,500 – $158,000 annually, depending on experience.
