Job Summary of Stockroom Associate:

Bath & Body Works is seeking a Sales Support associate to contribute to store success through behind-the-scenes operational excellence. This role plays a key part in supporting daily functions such as merchandise processing, replenishment, and maintaining a clean, organized shopping environment. The ideal candidate enjoys a fast-paced retail setting, is highly organized, and has a strong attention to detail.

Job Duties and Responsibilities of Stockroom Associate:

• Offer customers a quick and effective checkout experience.
• Bolster customer contentment by confirming and supporting decisions made during the sale.
• Ensure the store remains visually appealing by recovering merchandise on the sales floor.
• Refill items in line with the brand’s standards to guarantee an adequately stocked and organized sales environment.
• Arrange merchandise for the sales area and uphold organization in the backroom.
• Support in various projects such as coordinating floorset execution and managing the processing of shipments when necessary.
• Obey the rules, protocols, and operational guidelines provided by the company.
• Highlight the necessity of upholding asset security and safety procedures throughout the daily functioning of a retail store.

Qualifications and Experience of Stockroom Associate:
