Job Summary of Chef:

This position primarily involves preparing and cooking food items to meet quality, presentation, and food safety standards, as well as maintaining a clean work environment, following recipes accurately, and adhering to safety protocols.

Job Duties and Responsibilities of Chef:

• Create dishes according to standardized recipes and maintain the established standards for plate presentation.
• Ensure timely and effective completion of all assigned preparatory tasks.
• Arrange and set up workspaces based on the specified criteria.
• Consistently implement safe and sanitary practices in all aspects of food handling.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation in the work area before, during, and after the completion of each shift.
• Adhere to the daily and weekly cleaning checklist to accomplish the necessary tasks.

Qualifications and Experience of Chef:

• Possessing legal authorization to work in the United States.
• Skill to stand continuously throughout the work shift.
• Skilled at handling loads of up to 30 lbs comfortably.
• Individuals over the age of 18 are the preferred candidates.

Salary:

The hourly pay rate spans from $14.50 to $18.00
