Job Summary of Prep Cook:

This role supports the kitchen team by preparing ingredients and maintaining cleanliness in the dish area. While the restaurant doesn’t use dishware, ensuring a sanitary and organized environment is essential. Join us Monday through Friday and be a part of the behind-the-scenes magic that keeps Freddy’s running smoothly.

Job Duties and Responsibilities of Prep Cook:

• Perform daily food prep tasks including cutting, portioning, and organizing ingredients.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the kitchen and dish areas.
• Handle cleaning of kitchen tools, utensils, and prep equipment.
• Support kitchen operations by restocking supplies and maintaining organization.
• Work with team members to ensure food safety and quality standards are met.
• Assist with general maintenance and cleanliness of back-of-house areas.

Qualifications and Experience of Prep Cook:

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Self-motivated and dependable with a strong work ethic.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Previous food prep or kitchen experience is a plus, but not required.
• Flexible and adaptable to evolving kitchen needs.
