Job Duties and Responsibilities of Store Manager:

• Oversee all aspects of store operations, including staffing, scheduling, and inventory management.
• Lead, coach, and develop team members to deliver high-quality food and service consistently.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, and company policies.
• Drive sales growth and manage store profitability through effective business practices.
• Create a welcoming atmosphere that reflects Panda Express’s commitment to guest satisfaction.
• Complete required training programs and participate in ongoing development initiatives.

Qualifications and Experience of Store Manager:

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Flexible availability, including the ability to work weekends and within a 50-mile radius of the store.
• Serve Safe certification or equivalent food safety training.
• Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to manage a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and resolve conflicts effectively.
