Job Summary of Lead Associate:

Job Duties and Responsibilities of Lead Associate:

• Foster and sustain a vibrant and hospitable environment for visitors all through your time on duty.
• Aid in the supervision of daily store functions and motivating team members to reach performance objectives.
• Take part in the cooking and assembly of Panda's menu offerings, upholding quality and standardization.
• Improve individual competencies and support the development of peers to create a favorable and fruitful team setting.
• Promote the observance of safety protocols, hygiene practices, and food safety regulations at all times.

Qualifications and Experience of Lead Associate:

• It is advantageous to have a certain level of high school background.
• While having worked in operations or food service before can be helpful, it is not a prerequisite for this position.
• Adhering to the local guidelines for ensuring food safety, which may involve acquiring a Food Handler certification at the cost of the candidate.
• Proficiency in operating effectively in a fast-moving, physically challenging atmosphere that encompasses prolonged standing and the lifting of items up to 50 lbs.
• Effective communication skills and the flexibility to accommodate evolving priorities and adeptly navigate conflicts.
