Job Summary of Keyholder:

Support store leadership by creating an engaging environment for associates and customers. Help drive operational excellence, motivate the team, and deliver exceptional customer experiences. Act as a key partner to the Store Manager in executing daily plans and maintaining smooth store operations, stepping into management duties as needed.

Job Duties and Responsibilities of Keyholder:

• Welcome and engage customers to understand their needs and enhance their shopping experience.
• Share product knowledge to inspire customers and help them build their wardrobes.
• Coach and motivate associates to exceed performance goals using the company selling model.
• Support store leaders in executing daily operational plans and achieving business objectives.
• Assist with onboarding and training new associates to build a strong team.
• Manage daily schedules to optimize productivity and control payroll expenses.
• Communicate store priorities clearly and ensure adherence to brand standards, operational procedures, and asset protection policies.

Qualifications and Experience of Keyholder:

• 1 to 3 years of retail experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong passion for styling and working with people.
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Effective communication skills in English.
• Proficiency with store technology and systems.
