Job Summary of Beauty Expert:

The primary responsibility in this role is to provide exceptional guest experiences through personalized service, in-depth product knowledge, and strong sales results. Duties consist of engaging with guests, showcasing product features, upholding store standards, participating in store events, and contributing to a positive and collaborative team environment. A genuine enthusiasm for beauty and a customer-centric approach are essential qualities for this position.

Job Duties and Responsibilities of Beauty Expert:

• Offer exceptional assistance by greeting and guiding customers, suggesting tailored options, and educating them on product features and ongoing promotions.
• Attain or surpass store goals related to retail sales, service revenues, loyalty programs, and cross-channel initiatives.
• Process purchases, repayments, replacements, and assist with digital orders by utilizing Ulta Beauty's technology.
• Provide product demonstrations, including makeup applications and skincare analysis, as a way to increase customer engagement and generate sales.
• Assist in coordinating service appointments and orchestrating in-store occasions to enhance customer satisfaction.
• Ensure that the organization of product showcases, signs, and cleanliness is maintained in particular areas such as the salesroom, restrooms, and staff breakroom.
• Involve yourself in inventory tasks, merchandise reorganizing activities, and shipment processing, ensuring adherence to Ulta Beauty standards.

Qualifications and Experience of Beauty Expert:

• A high school diploma is recommended for this opportunity.
• - A minimum of one year of relevant experience, or an equivalent mix of education and experience is preferred.
• Demonstrated a genuine passion for guest service and in-depth knowledge of products.
• Experienced in working with technology, particularly POS systems and handheld devices.
• Exhibits a high level of interpersonal competence and the capability to operate collaboratively or independently.
• - Availability to work during weekdays, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Salary:

The hourly salary for this role can range between $17.00 and $24.50.
