Job Summary of Restaurant Porter:

This position is responsible for maintaining cleanliness and safety within the restaurant environment. You will ensures all areas are neat, orderly, and sanitary by performing various cleaning duties and supporting the team to create a welcoming atmosphere for customers and employees.

Job Duties and Responsibilities of Restaurant Porter:

• Clean and maintain all restaurant areas including dining rooms, restrooms, kitchens, and storage spaces.
• Perform tasks such as trash removal, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and cleaning surfaces.
• Operate industrial cleaning equipment safely and effectively.
• Restock bathroom supplies and ensure restroom cleanliness at all times.
• Maintain compliance with health and safety standards.
• Work collaboratively with management and team members to uphold a clean, safe, and organized environment.

Qualifications and Experience of Restaurant Porter:

• Previous experience in custodial or janitorial roles preferred but not required.
• Ability to use industrial cleaning equipment and materials safely.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining cleanliness standards.
• Ability to work well independently and as part of a team.
• Good communication skills and reliability.
