Job Summary of Senior Data Analyst:

\This role manages HR system administration, ensures data integrity, and drives process efficiency. Collaborating with HR Data, Field HR, and Associate Relations teams, the analyst provides insights to optimize HR processes, assess people performance, and support decision-making through comprehensive reporting and analysis.

Job Duties and Responsibilities of Senior Data Analyst:

• Partner with business units, Field HR, and Associate Relations to identify data requirements and deliver actionable insights.
• Analyze HR data related to retention, turnover, performance, and associate relations investigations to reveal trends and inform strategies.
• Present findings clearly to non-technical and cross-functional audiences through compelling narratives.
• Maintain and ensure data integrity for HR systems and reporting tools, including dashboards and case management platforms.
• Develop tracking systems for HR recruiting and training initiatives, monitoring individual associate development.
• Conduct ad hoc reporting to meet evolving business needs and support data requests.
• Recommend data-driven solutions to HR teams for process improvement and workforce optimization.
• Perform advanced data analysis and modeling to evaluate project outcomes and people performance.
• Support HR leadership initiatives focused on retention, turnover, and management effectiveness.
• Identify complaint trends and provide data insights to Operations leaders and Field HR for informed decision-making.
• Define metrics and success measures for HR training and retention efforts, supporting continuous improvement.

Qualifications and Experience of Senior Data Analyst:

• Bachelor’s degree required; preferred fields include Data Analytics, Statistics, Finance, or Computer Programming.
• Minimum five years of relevant experience in Human Resources, financial analysis, or information systems.
• Successful completion of required initial and ongoing trainings.
• Valid Food Handler’s Card required within 30 days of employment.

Salary:

Annual salary ranges from $90,000 to $126,500, based on experience.
