LNN Property Management Representative
Job Summary of LNN Property Management Representative:
You will be responsible for investigating, negotiating, and resolving disputes with landlords of non traditional and new concept. This role manages lease administration, including desktop audits, new store profile creation, and database maintenance. Serving as a liaison between local operators and landlords, the position ensures operational compliance and supports business needs for non-traditional venues.
Job Duties and Responsibilities of LNN Property Management Representative:
- Investigate, negotiate, and resolve property management disputes with landlords, interpreting flexible lease terms and managing landlord-tenant relationships.
- Review and approve moderate to advanced charges and expenses, such as CAM fees, verifying accuracy against lease agreements.
- Collaborate with Operations to understand business needs and ensure compliance in non-traditional venues; attend regional meetings and present findings.
- Conduct property inspections; oversee repairs, maintenance, move-outs, and enforce occupancy and vacancy rules at shopping centers.
- Prepare Lease Term Sheets for new stores accurately and in a timely manner.
- Analyze trends, identify broader lease-related issues, and recommend solutions; generate reports as requested.
- Maintain and update lease databases, tracking critical dates, abstracts, and summaries to ensure accuracy.
Qualifications and Experience of LNN Property Management Representative:
- Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in accounting, finance, or real estate.
- Minimum three years of relevant experience.
- Successful completion of initial and ongoing trainings.
- Valid Food Handler’s Card required within 30 days of employment.

Salary:
- $72,500 – $101,500 annually, depending on experience.
