Job Summary of Cook:

This role plays a vital part in our kitchen operations by preparing quality food and supporting a welcoming dining experience. You will bring passion to every dish, lead by example in the back of house, and help maintain the energetic and inclusive atmosphere our guests enjoy. This position supports training efforts and upholds high standards of food preparation and kitchen operations.

Job Duties and Responsibilities of Cook:

• Support a vibrant and welcoming environment for guests.
• Prepare all menu items in accordance with company recipes and quality standards.
• Assist with training and guiding kitchen team members.
• Perform all back-of-house duties, including cooking, prep, and cleaning tasks.

Qualifications and Experience of Cook:

• Some high school education preferred.
• Prior experience in restaurant operations preferred.
• Must meet local food safety certification requirements, such as obtaining a Food Handler certification at own expense.
