Job Duties and Responsibilities of Beauty Consultant:

• Provide outstanding service by welcoming and aiding customers, providing personalized suggestions, and sharing insights on merchandise and special offers.
• Attain or surpass store targets for retail sales, service revenue, customer loyalty programs, and multi-channel strategies.
• Process transactions, returns, swaps, and support customers with digital purchases through Ulta Beauty's platforms.
• Conduct demonstrations of products, such as makeup applications and skincare assessments, aimed at boosting customer interaction and increasing purchases.
• Support scheduling service appointments and organizing in-store gatherings to enhance the customer experience.
• Ensure that the product presentations, signs, and overall tidiness are kept up in designated sections such as the retail floor, washrooms, and staff lounge.
• Engage in inventory responsibilities, merchandise reorganization, and processing shipments in alignment with Ulta Beauty guidelines.

Qualifications and Experience of Beauty Consultant:

• A high school diploma is desired for this position.
• - At least one year of pertinent experience is preferred, or a comparable blend of education and experience.
• Showcased dedication to providing exceptional customer service and expertise on products.
• Skilled in utilizing technological tools such as point-of-sale systems and handheld devices.
• Demonstrates effective communication skills and adeptness in both team-based and autonomous settings.
• - Ability to work various shifts including weekdays, evenings, weekends, and public holidays.

Salary:

The salary for this role falls between $17.00 and $24.50 per hour.
