Job Summary of Cosmetics Advisor:

The main objective of this position is to ensure exceptional guest experiences through tailored service, deep product knowledge, and strong sales outcomes. Tasks involve engaging with guests, showcasing product functionalities, upholding store standards, participating in events, and contributing to a positive team atmosphere. Job Duties and Responsibilities of Cosmetics Advisor:

• Provide exceptional service by warmly welcoming and assisting guests, providing customized recommendations, and sharing insights about products and promotions.
• Accomplish or exceed store targets for retail sales, service sales, loyalty programs, and multi-channel initiatives.
• Handle deals, returns, trade-ins, and assist with online sales using Ulta Beauty's systems.
• Utilize makeup applications and skincare analysis to showcase products and actively engage customers in order to drive sales.
• Support in facilitating service reservations and organizing in-store events that elevate the customer experience.
• Monitor the organization of product presentations, signs, and sanitation within assigned zones such as the sales floor, washrooms, and staff lounge.
• Take part in inventory responsibilities, merchandise reset tasks, and managing shipments while following Ulta Beauty standards.

Qualifications and Experience of Cosmetics Advisor:

• The preferred qualification for this role includes a high school diploma.
• - It is advisable for applicants to have at least one year of relevant experience, or a suitable combination of education and experience.
• Exemplified a strong passion for guest satisfaction and product awareness.
• Skilled at navigating technology tools, including POS systems and mobile devices.
• Displays strong interpersonal skills and the capability to contribute effectively in both team-based and independent scenarios.
• - Ability to adapt to working hours that span weekdays, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Salary:

The hourly pay rate for this role falls within the $17.00 to $24.50 range.
