Customer Service Representative

Job Summary:

You'll play a pivotal role in ensuring customer satisfaction by providing top-notch support and promoting our services to enhance their DISH experience.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

In this role, you'll:

• Serve as an information hub for billing, programming, and technical troubleshooting queries.
• Engage with customers via voice and chat interactions to resolve issues and promote DISH products and services.
• Handle a diverse range of customer inquiries, from simple concerns to complex technical issues, with professionalism and efficiency.
• Work collaboratively with team members to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and meet performance targets.

Qualifications and Experience: Ideal candidates will possess:

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
• Six months of related customer service and troubleshooting experience, or relevant training.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to remain engaged on the phone throughout the shift.
• Tech-savviness and proficiency in operating multiple windows and tabs while providing exceptional customer service.
• Flexibility to accommodate changing schedules, including weekends and holidays, based on business needs.

Salary: Starting salary ranges from $15.00 to $15.50 per hour, with additional pay differentials for weekends and evenings.
