Customer Support Coordinator

Job Summary:

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Assist customers with a wide range of needs, including account inquiries, fund transfers, and trading activities.
• Study for and obtain FINRA licenses (SIE, Series 7, and Series 63) with fully paid support and resources provided by Fidelity.
• Engage in continuous learning and development activities to enhance skills and knowledge in financial services.
• Provide excellent customer service through effective communication and problem-solving.
• Celebrate achievements and milestones in career development, supported by a culture of recognition and inclusivity.
• Participate in hybrid work settings, combining remote work with in-office collaboration.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Strong desire to establish rapport with customers and colleagues through effective communication.
• Previous experience in customer service, call center, or financial services preferred.
• Genuine interest in financial services and willingness to learn.
• Exceptional problem-solving skills and ability to handle various customer situations with empathy.
• Comfortable with technology and navigating multiple systems simultaneously.
• Willingness to obtain FINRA licenses within the first 3.5 months of employment.
• Enthusiasm for continuous learning and dedication to personal and professional growth.
