Sales Supervisor
Job Summary
Support by overseeing the day-to-day operations of the Multi-Tenant Sales Department, ensuring the team meets sales targets and delivers exceptional customer experiences.
Responsibilities
- Consistently support initiatives aimed at simplifying and enhancing the customer experience.
- Meet or exceed budgeted sales goals for the Multi-Tenant Sales Department.
- Supervise and lead a team of Multi-Tenant Sales Representatives and other sales resources as assigned.
- Recruit, interview, hire, and train Multi-Tenant Sales Representatives.
- Manage a workload consisting of approximately 70% fieldwork and 30% office work.
- Assign territories and communicate assignments to sales representatives.
- Monitor payroll and ensure timely, accurate approval of commission payments.
- Handle employee relations including performance appraisals, coaching, and safety training.
- Assist in budget preparation and provide input on marketing initiatives and sales offers.
- Perform additional duties as requested by leadership.
Qualifications and Experience
- Required: Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of 1 year sales experience.
- Valid driver’s license, satisfactory driving record, and auto insurance compliant with company standards.
- Proficiency in reading, writing, speaking, and understanding English.
- Knowledge of community sales practices.
- Preferred: At least 6 months supervisory sales experience.
- Experience in telecommunications and cable industries preferred.
- Familiarity with company products and services preferred.

Salary
Base pay typically ranges from $57,400 to $94,800, with actual compensation reflecting skills, qualifications, experience. This role also includes a commission target starting at $48,000.
