Job Summary of Team Supervisor:

Assisting restaurant management is a key element in ensuring exceptional food, service, and ambiance are consistently delivered. This position involves guiding the team through shifts, establishing a welcoming environment for guests, and actively participating in food preparation processes. Job Duties and Responsibilities of Team Supervisor:

• Generate and sustain a dynamic and warm setting for customers throughout the duration of your shift.
• Help with coordinating daily store operations and directing team members towards meeting performance metrics.
• Be involved in the culinary process of crafting Panda's menu dishes, maintaining excellence and uniformity.
• Cultivate your own skills and assist in mentoring others to nurture a constructive and successful team environment.
• Ensure strict adherence to safety, sanitation, and food preparation standards for each shift.

Qualifications and Experience of Team Supervisor:

• Completion of at least some secondary schooling is recommended.
• Experience in operations or food-related roles is favorable, but it is not obligatory for applicants.
• Following the local food safety mandates, which include obtaining a Food Handler credential that is the responsibility of the applicant to cover.
• Skill in performing efficiently in a rapid-paced, physically demanding environment that requires prolonged periods of standing and the ability to lift objects weighing up to 50 lbs.
• Excellent communication capabilities and the skill to pivot with changing priorities and effectively resolve conflicts.
