Qualifications and Experience of Retail Manager:

• A high school diploma or a similar credential is a prerequisite.
• Able to work weekends and commute within a 50-mile radius of the store, demonstrating flexibility in availability.
• Candidates must possess a Serve Safe certification or similar training in food safety.
• Exhibiting adept leadership skills and excellent communication prowess required for managing dynamic work atmospheres.
• Skill in adjusting to changing priorities and effectively dealing with conflicts as they arise.
