Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Execute assignments outlined in work orders concerning general maintenance, repairs, and skilled trades.
• Enhance communication strategies with account managers and client interfaces at Climbia Enterprise LLC to maintain effective connections.
• Make use of the custom work-order handling application for updates on assignments, maintaining records, and processing invoices.
• Verify that each project satisfies safety standards and meets quality benchmarks.
• Remain open to different opportunities based on your availability and the region you are in.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Familiarity with electrical, HVAC, plumbing, painting, or common maintenance tasks is advantageous.
• Dependable means of travel and necessary equipment for accomplishing designated responsibilities.
• Demonstrating excellent communication and time-management competencies.
• Having General Liability or Workers’ Compensation insurance is favored, with the possibility for individuals to opt in if they choose.
• Committed to providing professional and precise service with meticulous attention to detail.

Salary:

Payment terms are negotiable and can be tailored to each project or hourly work, with the option to cover expenses that are incurred during the job. Additionally, there is an opportunity to opt for damage insurance at a 10% charge, with coverage available for up to $10,000.
