Job Summary of Sales Associate:

This position is responsible for supporting key retail initiatives while delivering exceptional customer experiences. The individual will contribute to merchandise presentation, product replenishment, and store cleanliness, ensuring all operational standards are met. The role involves engaging with customers to provide tailored product knowledge, facilitate transactions, and maintain a welcoming environment on the sales floor and in the stockroom.

Job Duties and Responsibilities of Sales Associate:

• Respond promptly to customer activity, prioritizing service above other responsibilities.
• Greet and acknowledge all customers, ensuring an inviting store atmosphere.
• Communicate product value and availability, highlighting current promotions and offering alternatives when items are unavailable.
• Address customer concerns with sound judgment and professionalism.
• Utilize effective selling techniques to improve store conversion metrics.
• Process transactions efficiently and educate customers on loyalty programs.
• Maintain merchandise stock levels and ensure size and style variety on the floor.
• Uphold company standards for product presentation, signage, and display organization.
• Ensure cleanliness and order in both front-of-house and stockroom areas.
• Perform daily housekeeping and support adherence to safety and loss prevention protocols.
• Report maintenance or facility issues to ensure a clean and safe shopping experience.
• Support inventory processes, including restocking and organization.
• Contribute to achieving store performance goals through teamwork and initiative.

Qualifications and Experience of Sales Associate:

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Retail or customer-facing experience preferred.
• Minimum age requirement: 18 years old.
