Qualifications and Experience of Restaurant Supervisor:
- Preference given to individuals with previous high school experience.
- Experience in operations or food service is beneficial, but it is not a mandatory requirement.
- Abiding by the local requirements for food safety, which could involve acquiring a Food Handler permit at the expense of the applicant.
- Competence in navigating a fast-paced, physically demanding environment that involves standing for extended periods and lifting objects weighing up to 50 lbs.
- Robust communication aptitude and the capability to adapt to dynamic priorities and skillfully handle conflicts.
