Job Summary of Operations Associate:

The main responsibilities of this part-time position involve delivering personalized customer experiences, recommending wellness products, and supporting store operations. Team members are central in creating a high-performing, inclusive environment that upholds GNC’s Live Well mission.

Job Duties and Responsibilities of Operations Associate:

• Extend a warm welcome to customers to encourage a positive and friendly atmosphere.
• Analyze customer needs and provide recommendations for suitable health and wellness products.
• Achieve personal and store sales quotas by raising product consciousness.
• Accomplish digital orders correctly and promptly.
• Uphold the store’s visual appeal by restocking products and arranging merchandise in an attractive manner.
• Aid in the smooth operation of the store on a daily basis by overseeing opening and closing protocols and managing cash.
• Keep up-to-date on the latest nutritional developments and product information in order to better serve customers.

Qualifications and Experience of Operations Associate:

• It is necessary to be of legal age, which is 18 years old.
• Proficiency in maintaining a standing or walking position for a maximum of 8 hours daily.
• Required to occasionally hoist objects of up to 40 pounds and push/pull loads of up to 20 pounds.
• Willing to accommodate shifts that include mornings, evenings, weekends, and key American holidays.
• Sound abilities in engaging with people and transmitting information.
• Skill in performing tasks autonomously and cooperatively within a team.
