Job Summary of Beauty Advisor:

This position focuses on delivering exceptional guest experiences through personalized service, expert product knowledge, and strong sales performance. Responsibilities include engaging guests, providing product demonstrations, maintaining store standards, supporting in store events, and contributing to a positive and inclusive team environment. A passion for beauty and a guest-first mindset are essential.

Job Duties and Responsibilities of Beauty Advisor:

• Deliver exceptional service by greeting and assisting guests, offering tailored recommendations, and sharing knowledge of products and promotions.
• Achieve or exceed store goals related to retail sales, service sales, loyalty programs, and omni-channel initiatives.
• Handle transactions, refunds, exchanges, and assist with online orders using Ulta Beauty’s systems.
• Perform product demonstrations, including makeup applications and skincare analysis, to enhance guest engagement and drive sales.
• Support service bookings and the execution of in-store events that elevate the guest experience.
• Maintain product displays, signage, and cleanliness in assigned areas including the salesfloor, restrooms, and breakroom.
• Participate in inventory tasks, merchandise resets, and shipment processing according to Ulta Beauty standards.

Qualifications and Experience of Beauty Advisor:

• High school diploma preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred.
• Demonstrated passion for guest service and product knowledge.
• Proficiency with technology including POS systems and mobile devices.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively and independently.
• Flexibility to work days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Salary:

The pay range for this position is $17.00 to $24.50 per hour.
