Job Duties and Responsibilities of Front of House Team Member:

• Greet guests with kindness and ensure they receive attentive and personalized attention during their stay.
• Ensure accurate order-taking and provide menu guidance to enhance the dining experience.
• Promptly offer and deliver food and beverages in compliance with service norms.
• Comply with the regulations for responsibly serving alcohol.
• Process payments correctly, handle transactions accurately, and ensure correct change is given.
• Preserve the cleanliness and order in the dining space through the regular clearing and resetting of tables.
• Collaborate with fellow team members to uphold the smooth operation of the restaurant.

Qualifications and Experience of Front of House Team Member:

• You have to be 18 years of age or beyond.
• Legitimately allowed to work in the United States.
• Aptitude to be vertical for the entire shift duration.
• Competent in handling loads up to 30 pounds comfortably.
