Job Duties and Responsibilities of Restaurant Lead:

• Build and maintain a dynamic and friendly setting for visitors throughout your shift duration.
• Assist in organizing daily store tasks and supporting team members in achieving performance goals.
• Participate in the cooking and assembling of Panda's menu offerings, aiming for consistent quality.
• Enhance your own skill set and help mentor others to foster a supportive and high-performing team environment.
• Reinforce the commitment to upholding safety, sanitation, and food handling standards throughout each shift.

Qualifications and Experience of Restaurant Lead:

• A basic high school education is favored.
• Although it is helpful, previous experience in operations or food service is not a must-have for candidates.
• Meeting the local criteria for food safety, which may involve obtaining a Food Handler permit that the applicant needs to fund.
• Skillful in adapting to a swift-moving, physically strenuous environment that involves extended periods of standing and the capability to lift items up to 50 lbs.
• Exceptional communication skills and the adaptability to accommodate shifting priorities and effectively resolve conflicts.
