Job Duties and Responsibilities of Waitperson:

• Welcome guests warmly and ensure their visit is met with attentive care and personalized service.
• Take orders with precision and provide valuable recommendations from the menu.
• Observe service standards by promptly delivering food and beverages.
• Follow the approved guidelines for handling alcohol responsibly.
• Manage payments effectively, handle transactions with accuracy, and provide the exact change.
• Secure a neat and orderly dining setting by taking care of clearing and resetting tables effectively.
• Promote teamwork among restaurant staff to enhance operational efficiency.

Qualifications and Experience of Waitperson:

• Participants must be 18 years of age or older.
• Endowed with the legal authorization to work in the United States.
• Proficiency in maintaining a standing position for the entire duration of the shift.
• Skilled at lifting weights up to 30 pounds comfortably.
